Communication is a two-way street!

The HSE Purple Guide States that event organisers should "Ensure proper co-operation and co-ordination of all those working onsite. Effective communication will help achieve these goals". This means that staff need to be contactable at any point, and radio communications is the best way to go.


Radio Communications allows for free and easy communications, there's no need to rely on personal phones, sharing phone numbers or uncharged phones. Radios allows for point to point and shared communications. Although radios only work over a specific distance, we can utilise repeaters to extend your distance and coverage.


Our control room software and dispatch software allows for tracking of key resources and assets, allocation of personnel to incidents/tasks and management of times including response times, on-scene times and other times. This means we can provide enhanced oversight for review meetings with key event stakeholders, better on the move oversight and management and better integration and information sharing with the local authorities and emergency services.

This means you can ensure resilent and full communications coverage for your event and event site, with no fuss, no hassle and no need to spend thousands of pounds on fixtures you'll only use a few timesa year.


We can also provide long term hire to our customers, whether that be for long term events, to businesses requiring a managed radio service.

Trained, Experienced & Resilient

We can provide a full control room, with dispatch and monitoring software to allow for good incident oversight with trained and experienced staff - trained in NHS dispatch.


We can also provide just the staff to your own control room, this may be where you have a control room running, but need trained staff to manage your radio channel/communications to allow for better intergration and oversight.
